BTS Launches Porsche Global Certification Program for Porsche Cars Canada

This past November BTS excitedly launched the Porsche Global Certification System for Porsche Cars Canada, but for BTS project manager, Julie Cassell, the process began months before the Program launched. Julie was tasked with the duty of making all of the preparations for the 5 day program held in Toronto and Vancouver, handling everything from audio visual requirements to meal selections and reservations for 38 Porsche Cars Canada Sales and Service Professionals.

The Porsche Global Certification System for Porsche Cars Canada was directed by Bev Griffin and Russell Fluery. The program introduced Participants to the rich history and heritage of the Porsche brand, and instructed them on advanced Client Service skills for Porsche Sales and Service Representatives. The week long program created an opportunity to experience and learn about the lifestyles of their Clients in order to better communicate with them, and meet their unique needs.

Lorne Freeman of Porsche Centre Vancouver on the BTS delivered program:

Phil Jeannette of Porsche of London on the BTS delivered program:

“In my 30-year career in the information technology sector I have had the opportunity to participate in training from some of the best in the industry (IBM, Hewlett Packard, Apple, Microsoft etc.). The week I spent with Russell and Bev surpassed any other training that I have taken”.

The final 5 day Certification Program is scheduled for February and will be completed with the Performance Based Interview and Coaching Session held between February and March. Porsche Cars Canada is ranked eighth in Porsche sales globally, and the BTS Team is proud to be a part of the certification process for such an aspirational brand.

After seven months of meetings... strategizing, planning, developing, training and travel (including a trip to Porsche AG in Stuttgart, Germany), BTS is pleased to announce the launch of the Porsche Global Certification System Assessment and Coaching program. In partnership with Porsche Cars North America, BTS professional Coaches and Project Managers will be travelling the country to provide follow-up assessments and coaching to more than 700 Sales Professionals and Service Advisors who are on the path to becoming Certified Porsche Brand Ambassadors.
