Client and Participant Testimonials

"Sally - Just wanted to email you early because my goal of more information on the ROs paid off on the first day. The technicians noticed right off that more information was being captured and it helped them to find and correct the vehicle problem than the one word or short sentences I had been using. Thank you!"

"Good afternoon Donna,

Just a quick note, I got a 100 on my assessment.

I started to use the Service Smart report to go after inactive Customers and have already had quite a few coming in, and Customers are happy I'm contacting them. This afternoon we're going to look at LinkedIn to see how it can help us. My boss thinks I'm the best thing since the napkin. Thank you so much for the help.

Thanks again for your help and ideas,"

Robert Kamal, Service Consultant - Quirk VW Manchester

"I just wanted to drop you a quick note stating how much I enjoyed the “Managing Towards A Future With Audi” class.

The instructor, Bob Bennett kept the material very interesting and used excellent examples to get to the point. It was great that we had both the parts and service personnel together so we were able to see both sides of the business and understand a little more about each others departments. It also gave us a better understanding that IF we work together the client will be better taken care of during the repair process and we all will be more profitable in the end.

Anyway I just wanted to say thanks and hope many more classes like this one will be available in the future.

Thanks,"

BTS Participates in Lapeer County Child Advocacy Center Fundraiser

BTS Consulting & Training feels strongly about being an active member of the community in which it resides and does business. That's why Bob Bennett and his wife Pam did not hesitate when asked to participate in a recent wine and beer tasting fundraiser for the Child Advocacy Center of Lapeer County, Michigan.

The Child Advocacy Center of Lapeer’s goal is to provide a place of hope for children suffering physical, sexual and mental abuse.  The Center furthers community awareness and offers prevention programs stopping abuse before it begins.  The wine and beer tasting hosted by Butch and Jenifer Yerian raised over $40,000 for the Child Advocacy Center!

BTS Principals Bob Bennett and Mary Temple became familiar with the Lapeer Child Advocacy Center through its ten year relationship with Michigan State University (MSU) Victim's Assistance Academy.  Organizations like the Lapeer Child Advocacy Center send representatives to the MSU Campus to improve their leadership and communication skills while hearing from experts in the field.
