Lynn Kuhlmann Earns the CPLP™ Credential from the ASTD Certification Institute

BTS Consulting and Training is pleased to announce that Lynn Kuhlmann has earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™ (CPLP) credential from the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Certification Institute. Earning the CPLP™ credential means Lynn possesses the knowledge and skills to be a top performer in the workplace learning and performance field.

Becoming a CPLP enhances a professional’s reputation by recognizing that they have an overall understanding of the nine areas of expertise for workplace learning and performance as defined by the ASTD Competency Model™, and can apply this knowledge in the workplace. In general, credentials benefit individuals by providing a roadmap for professional development, enhancing earning potential, and broadening career opportunities.

To earn the CPLP certification Lynn acquired industry-related experience, successfully passed a knowledge-based examination, and submitted a work product that met performance standards. “The CPLP certification process is rigorous and it produces candidates with a breadth of knowledge that brings significant benefit to their employers, colleagues and clients,” says Jennifer Naughton, ASTD’s Director of Credentialing. “Employing CPLP credential holders brings respect to an organization’s training function and ensures successful learning programs,” she adds.

Porsche Global Certification System Program Launch

After seven months of meetings... strategizing, planning, developing, training and travel (including a trip to Porsche AG in Stuttgart, Germany), BTS is pleased to announce the launch of the Porsche Global Certification System Assessment and Coaching program. In partnership with Porsche Cars North America, BTS professional Coaches and Project Managers will be travelling the country to provide follow-up assessments and coaching to more than 700 Sales Professionals and Service Advisors who are on the path to becoming Certified Porsche Brand Ambassadors.

BTS Launches Porsche Global Certification Program for Porsche Cars Canada

This past November BTS excitedly launched the Porsche Global Certification System for Porsche Cars Canada, but for BTS project manager, Julie Cassell, the process began months before the Program launched. Julie was tasked with the duty of making all of the preparations for the 5 day program held in Toronto and Vancouver, handling everything from audio visual requirements to meal selections and reservations for 38 Porsche Cars Canada Sales and Service Professionals.
