Project Management Excellence - Leanne Knowles

BTS Consulting & Training has a cadre of Project Managers to ensure the smooth design, development and implementation of its client's training initiatives. One of those Project Manager's, Leanne Knowles is a "generalist" that so immerses herself in her client's project that she ultimately becomes a specialist in their business by project completion. Leanne is often overheard quoting Thomas Edison – "Hell, there are no rules here; we’re trying to accomplish something." She lives this philosophy by being a multi-faceted and versatile Project Manager that can jump on virtually any project whether it is new or something in-progress.

Leanne joined the BTS team in 2007 working primarily with the Volkswagen Academy, and continues to work with VW on the management and development of the annual Volkswagen Service Qualification Championship. Over the last few years, Leanne has also worked on various BTS client projects including development of web-based training initiatives and providing eCommerce and Social Media subject matter expertise. Her most recent work for Porsche Cars North America included not only project management services, but also the development of a one-day instructor-led Management course and creation of key assessment and coaching tools for the Porsche Global Certification System.

As a core member of the BTS team, Leanne is always looking for opportunities of continued personal development and has her sights fixed on honing her professional coaching and facilitation skills. You'll most likely see her soon in the classroom or in-dealership!

Lynn Kuhlmann Earns the CPLP™ Credential from the ASTD Certification Institute

BTS Consulting and Training is pleased to announce that Lynn Kuhlmann has earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™ (CPLP) credential from the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Certification Institute. Earning the CPLP™ credential means Lynn possesses the knowledge and skills to be a top performer in the workplace learning and performance field.

BTS Launches Porsche Global Certification Program for Porsche Cars Canada

This past November BTS excitedly launched the Porsche Global Certification System for Porsche Cars Canada, but for BTS project manager, Julie Cassell, the process began months before the Program launched. Julie was tasked with the duty of making all of the preparations for the 5 day program held in Toronto and Vancouver, handling everything from audio visual requirements to meal selections and reservations for 38 Porsche Cars Canada Sales and Service Professionals.
